CANCELLATION POLICY NO-CALL/ NO-SHOW I charge a 75% cancellation fee for ALL NO-CALL and NO-SHOW appointments. LATE CANCELLATION A 50% cancellation fee for appointments with less than 24hour notice. DEPOSITS All deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance will be paid after services are rendered. TARDINESS POLICY Clients are given a 10 minute grace period. Appointments will be cancelled after allotted time. PRODUCT PURCHASE POLICY All sales are final on all skincare products. NO refunds, NO exchanges.
