CANCELLATION POLICY NO-CALL/ NO-SHOW I charge a 100% cancellation fee for ALL NO-CALL and NO-SHOW appointments. LATE CANCELLATION A 50% cancellation fee for appointments with less than 24hour notice. DEPOSITS All deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balance will be paid after services are rendered. TARDINESS POLICY Clients are given a 10 minute grace period.
